Central Hawke's Bay Consumers Power Trust 2024 Elections
The Central Hawkes Bay Consumers Power Trust (The Trust) is required to hold the shares of Centralines Limited (previously known as CHB Power Holdings Limited), for the benefit of all consumers.
The Trust appoint the Directors of the Company, and in conjunction with the Board of Directors, conduct reviews of the company’s performance and the consumer trust shareholding agreement.
The Trust is governed by seven Trustees’ to be elected by CHB power consumers.
