Sponsorship and donations

Centralines is proud to support a wide range of community groups, facilities and key stakeholders through sponsorships and donations, helping to make a positive impact where we are based and work.

Please see below for the relevant application due dates and our new funding application process.

Key dates for funding applications:

We review sponsorship and donation applications four times a year, with decisions made within three weeks of each deadline. Here are our application deadlines:

  • 1 May
  • 1 August
  • 1 November
  • 1 February
Through our sponsorship and donations, we strive to achieve the following objectives:
  • Increased brand awareness.
  • Increased involvement and awareness within the community.
  • Business development and growth.
  • Strong customer and stakeholder relationships.
We look for sponsorship and donation opportunities which:
  • align with, and support, Centralines’ vision and values,
  • are fair, friendly, safe and ethical,
  • provide opportunity for leverage and publicity,
  • are within Centralines’ distribution network region,
  • offer benefit to the communities Centralines operates in, and
  • are socially and environmentally responsible. 
We do not sponsor: 
  • events or activities occurring outside of Central Hawke’s Bay, or
  • events which promote alcohol, smoking, violence, harm to the environment or community, or illegal activities.
