The Electricity (Information) Disclosure Regulations 1999
forms part of the "lighthanded" regulatory regime
introduced following deregulation of the Electricity Industry.
The Regulations require a Network Business to publicly disclose
in the Gazette and on a web site and have available on request
a variety of information. Included in this disclosure are
the Financial, Reliability and Efficiency Performance Measures
and Statistics.
The information has been prepared solely for
the purpose of complying with the Electricity (Information)
Disclosure Regulations 1999 and is not intended for any
other purpose.
Pricing and terms are as at the date of disclosure
indicated, and are not a quote or estimate of rates or terms
that may apply in the future.
The valuation report of Centralines ODV as
at 31 March 2004 has been approved by the Commission and
publicly disclosed.
The valuation of Centralines fixed line assets
as stated in the report is $31,741,000.
The valuation of the line assets has changed
as a result of the comprehensive audit process provided
for under the Act. The valuation of the ODV has increased
from $24,257,059 to $31,741,000 i.e. a variance of $7,483,941.

The Asset Management Plan attached to this page is for the period April 2006
to March 2016 and was completed in August 2006 with the next AMP been prepared
