Centralines has recently constructed a fibre network connecting key zone electricity zone substations for electrical smart grid purposes. Additionally the network has been extended to offer lit Ethernet services to local business located along the build route.

The network is operated on open access principals, allowing any fibre retailer to connect customers via the Centralines fibre network.
